“Good products, sizes are quite unreliable though. I ordered an item that turned out to be too big despite me checking the measurements before ordering, and then the return policy is rubbish - I have to pay for the postage back. (But they do seem to pay for re-sending a new product when it's for an exchange)”
“CHECK THE RETURN POLICY! I really liked the clothes but they just didn't fit me right. I would have returned them and reordered in a smaller size BUT I was told that i could only get 10% of the price returned. In return, I got to keep the clothes that DO NOT FIT ME. So I will not use ChicMe again.”
