“I received by order Dec.30/23. Beautiful blouses, exactly as shown on promo pic. The pair of dangling earings, one missing 1 dangling drop and cannot close properly, it is defective. I am always receiving defective jewellery. Do ur people check items before packing? The missing part was not in the earrings package. The dangles are 5 on each ear, one has 4, and cannot close properly. Ordered previously, silver tone, this is gold tone. Beautiful but useless!!”
“I ordered the off shoulder sweater in white. The material is see through and falling apart...not to mention a cheap buckle for the shoulder..like cheap plastic. Not impressed..I will be sending it back for a refund..it was 20.00 but I was charged 45.00 . I could have gotten 2 sweaters for that price with better material. Very upset about this purchase.”

“Clothing arrived (2 trouser suits)
1st one, the zip won't work without catching in fabric making it impossible to get out of without help from a stranger and leg length would fit a 7 foot woman.
2nd one, the fabric was awful felt like a wax jacket and leg length again was massive and requires a seamstress to alter it .
Asked to return the items and got offered 10% and said keep the items.
Checked the reviews and alot of people got the same response, this is not acceptable.”
