“My experience with the customer service department was a complete and total nightmare! All I wanted to do was return one item from a purchase I made because the zipper on the shorts would not open. I asked for a refund Seven (7) times and each time I was offered a percentage discount on the item and told to also keep the item. I had to keep telling them I did not want the item, just my refund. The only way I received my refund was I had to point out that they were in breach of Article 25, Chapter III, of the Law of the People's Republic of China and had also breached their return policy and breached their consumer purchase contract before they agreed to refund my money. I also had to pay the shipping fee to return a defective product. I will never never again purchase anything from this company and I strongly suggest that no one else purchase anything from them if they think they may have to return it for some reason and want a full refund!”
“The shoes are too big for my feet. I needed to make them tighter but there was no way to do that. The shoes kept slipping off my feet. When I finally received the shoe they did not come with any info needed if I wanted to return them and the box was just that, a shoddy beat up box.”
“The item was advertised at a cost of $19.19 along with $9.99 for the shipping and upon placing the order I was charged $31.17 . On the following day I realized I was actually charged $42 and some cents for the order. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't as the option wasn't there. Now the item was supposed to arrive on the 5th of this month but never came until the 11th. I am totally disappointed and will not order anything from Chic Me again.”
