“I received no e-mail confirmation after ordering, neither did I receive any follow-up on shipment status. Once I received my order, I couldn’t find any instructions on how to return items.”
“Not only did the order take forever to come, but when I received it, it was less than what I expected. Very flimsy cheap material and the padding is not removable. Due to the fact that the rest of my order was out of stock, I refunded those items.. I am glad that I did so because I would not have wanted to wait forever to receive my products. When my package did finally arrive, the return address was from a personal name not the company name, I find that very questionable!

Last order was wrong size and received 2. I only ordered 1. I am tailoring 1 to fit me properly. I gave the other to my daughter who is larger.
I feel like this is done on purpose to get more money from the customer.
