“Overall, their clothes are really cute. I bought the cutest set with a green top and white pants with floral pattern. The pants are really well-made and very comfortable. I love the top, but it is made of polyester which I’m not impressed with. The seam came undone at the neck, and because it’s polyester, it snagged in the front where it’s extremely visible. I won’t be able to wear it anymore. Pretty disappointing. To be fair I haven’t reached out to Customer Service yet. I’ll see what they say.”
“It was my first time ordering thru them and they took forever to get back to me in order for me to do a return of some of the items. Then they came back and said the 14 days window had closed and I was not eligible for a refund. I should not be punished because their customer service dept takes so long to respond back.”
