Spent $600 on clothes. They have a sizing chart which I followed. However, upon arrival the sizing varied greatly. Some brands they carry are ridiculously small. I contacted them and they said they could not provide an exchange and I will need to pay for return shipping again from Childrens Salon ($23AUD) so the there was no point. I just waisted $100 on a dress that would only fit a baby born doll. They were very unsympathetic, and said that they offer a sizing service so I could ask specifically about an item BUT how am I supposed to know this? This information is hidden in their page. Won’t buy from them again, you definitely cannot shop with confidence.

If you are from the US beware: I am so sorry I ordered from you! The shoes are too small for my granddaughter and returning them to you will cost me more than the shoes are worth. Had I known (my fault for not reading carefully) that your returns were not free I would have never bought the shoes. I will keep the shoes, though no one can use them, as I would have to pay more to return them that what my refund would be, but you’ve lost a customer...maybe more if I can advise others of how Returns from the US work.

As a company selling baby items, I am absolutely shocked at their customer service. I paid for next day delivery and its now been 6 days since I ordered. I have spoken to DPD and they have apologised profusely and said that they are fully liable for the package and the parcel has been scanned into the depot and then been misplaced. They have raised an investigation which could take a further 5 days. I needed this baby item urgently and Childrensalon have not taken any responsibility whatsoever as the company who I have paid for this item. They are saying I need to wait until all investigations at the depot take place before I get an update. They have not apologised once and have not been helpful whatsoever. As you are dealing with pregnant ladies, new mums and children you should have more empathy in the way you deal with these situations. I had so many items planned to order from here and I will never ever use them again. When ordering you must hope everything goes smoothly as if anything goes wrong with delivery they are not happy to help and put all the blame on the customer! Horrible horrible company.

I paid next day delivery last Thursday for Friday. my partner was in but I get a msg saying unable to deliver with a pic of my door. so paid further charge for Saturday delivery,my partner open the front door and shouted the dpd driver just got in the van and drove off. was talking to my neighbour today who asked what was I expecting Friday as the driver did not get out the car took the pic from the van window. I wanted the parcel for my daughter christening love your service normally, but so upset as they have still not arrived.

Horrible customer service. I have made several purchases from them and my last order was horrendous. I did not receive one of the items I had ordered and when I contacted the company. They refused to refund my money because they believed UPS stole the item however the box was completely sealed and all the other items were in box. Instead of admitting they were at fault, I had to ask for a refund through PayPal after the investigation concluded there was no tampering with box therefore it was a Childrensalon mistake that someone forgot to put the item in box. but even after that horrendous experience , i wanted to give them another chance and when i tried to make another purchase they only want me to do a bank transfer so that I don’t have buyer protection in the event, God forbid, their company would make another mistake. Shady, incompetent company with no regards for admitting their own fault. Do not do business with them.

After reading the reviews on here I can’t believe I trusted this company. I had to send a £120 Hilfiger jacket back because it had a pen mark down the sleeve (was told they don’t use pens), then I had to send the replacement back because the zip was stiff and I couldn’t undo it. It also arrived in a battered box which I photographed with the DPD van in the background, and the driver said he also had a pic. Childrensalon implied I was lying as they replied to my complaint saying they don’t use the tape in the photo! They also said the zip was fine. It was bad enough to have 2 faulty items arrive but to basically be called a liar is disgusting, and looking at the reviews on here I’m not the only one! I’ve never experienced anything like it and I will never use them again.

I purchased a £460 Givenchy pleated dress. It was folded in half and stuffed into a small cardboard box. I spoke to customer service agent to complain about state of dress as it had lost all the pleating on one side. Was told to sort the issue out myself or return item, that's the nature of packaging and folding. It would have made more sense to place the dress in a more suitable sized packaging and not fold it. I will no longer be using this service. Dress required for funeral next week.

I received a burberry coat from this company, i hadny even got it 1 hour and I had it posted back as it was far to small for my little girl didnt even bother trying it on her....now iv been told theres stains all over it and no tags!!!!Then when i got to speck to someone they told me actually there is tags but not attached but i must have oily hands as theres stains all over it. Im actually so annoyed as you can clearly see it was never worn, still the same way it was sent out but yet im not getting a refund? I was told your cctv is excellent it will pick up stains when picked in warehouse....a hole load of bullshite if you ask me

Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered from canada. Ups called me to pay 160$ In duty fee. I never accepted the package. The package went to UK. They dont want to refund me my full amount, over 350$cad. They want to refund me least of 100$. I contacted customer service, no answer.

I ordered a number of items and 3 items were send back the same day due to size being to small but every thing else was great, got a phone call 4-5 days later and I was told there was pen marks all over 2 of the returned items witch was impossible and was not true, I was lucky I was refunded because I read reviews after this and the same thing has happened to a number of other people but they did not get refunded, I then left a review witch was polite but true about my experience. They replayed to tell me that I was wrong and that they were right and then they said a man had called a number of days later claiming to be my husband and was repeatedly shouting and being abusive to staff. This was also not true because I do not have a husband I am a single mother and the person certainly did not call from my phone! Read bad reviews befor u rush to buying things of this company childrensalon and outlet!

I have had only positive experiences with Childrensalon- With 3 1/2 grandchildren-I have had many contacts with its staff, and it has always been a pleasant and professional exchange. The clothes are beautiful and their quality unquestioned by me. Patricia Wisk

Future customers should be aware that the delivery service ( DPD) is very poor In our case the delivery driver first time went to another address The second time he did not even bother to ring the door bell He took a picture of our street and left We have been waiting for several days now they say that they will try to find another delivery service or they will refund Total waste of time and money Childrensalon should change their delivery operator or they will have more unhappy customers in the future

Very unhappy. I purchased a moschino tracksuit for my baby girl to grow into, she only got to wear this item once when I spent £89.00 on it. After following the washing instructions and washing at 30 degrees they were completely faded after that. I sent pictures and called the customer services to then be told they couldn't do anything to help me. Don't use this company!!

Shocking, ordered a bag that cost £70 for it to be stitched wrong, the badge was wonky there were marks on the bag and glue... when returned and asked to be reviewed and swapped they said the stitching was like this to stitch the bottom of the handle on, however on the website if you look at the photo of the bag the stitching is correct. The badge was wonky and when asked about this she said ‘yes I can see the badge is wonky however I don’t want to send out a new bag because the stitching might be the same again, the marks on the bag I just wiped off with a baby wipe’ I’d like to know how the woman on customer service just wiped glue that was stuck on the bag without actually scratching it off. For the price of the bag you expect it to be perfect. Maybe they should check the quality of the bag before actually sending it out.
