If you are from the US beware:
I am so sorry I ordered from you! The shoes are too small for my granddaughter and returning them to you will cost me more than the shoes are worth. Had I known (my fault for not reading carefully) that your returns were not free I would have never bought the shoes. I will keep the shoes, though no one can use them, as I would have to pay more to return them that what my refund would be, but you’ve lost a customer...maybe more if I can advise others of how Returns from the US work.
