“For a start, I still HAVENT received my order. It was ordered 23days ago. 3 days after I order it I find that it hasn't been delivered. Contact yourself they tell me it was deleievred to the wrong address and asked if I could collect it? That is not possible therefore I am still waiting for it to be delivered”

“Really disappointed. The bottle's tube container horribly dented in transit completely spoilt the look of this (bought as a gift), tube could have thousands of reuses and certainly seems part of the item. My disappointment could have been so easy to resolve positively but Chilly's not interested. Wouldnt buy this online again, sent in post in a plastic bag, was bound to get damaged.”

“I did not get hem delivered! I got an e-mail from one of your employee's saying that the delivery went wrong - somehow - but never got to hear how this is going to be solved on your account. I ordered and paid for 3 bottles and would love to finally receive them, asap.”

“I can not review as my purchase seems to have got lost in transit. Therefore for now I have to give a 'very poor' rating as I have not received anything for my money! I am hoping this will be resolved. If it is I will happily amend my review.”

“Has been shown as delivered but have not received the product. I appreciate this is not directly the fault of Chillys but I've had barely any correspondence in the 3 weeks since the order was processed. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere”

“Still waiting for my bottle, 18 days after ordered it. I must say that I'm very unhappy with the shipping service and the poor post-sales support. I had never suffered so many problems receiving a package, in any of the many online purchases I made on other websites. I've contacted with support, they only response my once and have not helped me. I am very disappointed with the service.”

“The order arrived within a few days. But it had a large dent in the bottle. I returned it last Friday, recorded delivery and have heard absolutely nothing. Please sort out your customer service! And send a replacement, this was a birthday present,”
