“"Thank you very much for your email and for sending the photo. We are very sorry that your bottle was damaged, this is very unusual. I have arranged for a replacement bottle to be send to you so that should arrive very soon. Also, please do not worry about returning the damaged bottle". ....I´m still waiting for the bottle!”

“Very nice design, great colours, keeps my drink cold for a loooong time. Sole exception: it's a little heavy (empty weight), that's why only 4 out for 5 stars (but ultra bright and shiny ones though ;-)”

“I now have a hot or cold drink to hand at all times when I am working at the stables which is much healthier and keeps me off the nibbles. To improve the product it would be great if you could develop a cup that attaches to the bigger flask - drinking hot liquid from the big flask isn't so easy. Great product that does what it says in the advert. To”

“Nice bottles. Work well. Ordered two as Xmas presents, both had very creased, untidy looking boxes, which made the present look shabby. Overall I would recommend the bottles, but I wouldn't buy as a gift again.”

“Love the pretty matte colours and they do a great job of keeping cold water as chilled as when it was first put in the bottle. The 250ml size is perfect for the gym. The coating on them does scratch a bit too easily but they are much cheaper than S'well”

“I bought two bottles, one original (no color) and one from the pastel edition for my beloved wife. The bottles are very well built and look good, they are our crossfit companions. The only two concerns I have is that: - first, the paint from the pastel one is really fragile and got some scratches in the first day of usage from touching the original one inside the sports bag (I guess it's my bad!); - second, I'm afraid that the cap will end up by giving up since it's made from plastic.”

“Tolle Flasche, wir lieben sie. Sie hält Suppen und Tee's super lange warm. Verwenden sie hauptsächlich für die Arbeit (haben Nachtdienst 24h, da tut eine warme Suppe gut). Ein Stern Abzug gibt es, weil bei einer Flasche der Lack leichte Defekte hatte. Nicht schlimm, aber eben nicht notwendig. Sonst ein Top Produkt, sehr zu empfehlen.”
