“The Chilly Bottle is a Christmas gift for my husband who travels a lot by car for work. Therefore my review is based on the look and customer care. This was excellent, it looks great for giving as a present and stops me worrying about him leaving plastic bottles in the car, especially on a hot sunny day. I have yet to get his verdict on keeping his drinks hot/cold. Thank you.”

“Il termos è fanstico perché tiene davvero il caldo per 12 ore. Purtroppo la vernice colorata della bottiglia , viene via al primo graffio. Conviene pertanto prenderla solo del suo colore originale, acciaio!!!”

“Just to say the bottles are good, but I ordered 3 and 1 of them that came was not the colour I ordered. I ordered 1 blue, 1 pink and 1 purple. I received 1 blue, and 2 pink!”

“it's perfect and i take it with me everywhere i go. only thing is that the rubber seal smells a bit funny what's kind of bad if you drink directly from the bottle as one thinks something is wrong with the content. otherwise great product!”

“My bottle was received with a dent in it! However, an email expressing my disbelief that a dented bottle had been sent out and a photo of the dent resulted in quick receipt of a replacement bottle. No need to return the damaged bottle. Good result to the problem but the problem should not have happened!”

“Nice reusable bottle. Does keep the drink icecold. Havent tried the hot yet. Looks great. My only negative is the opening is narrow so cleaning is difficult. Will require a long narrow handled bottle brush.”

“Pleasing design, looks good and the colour is great. However, I bought this for my daughter, who is a triathlete, and I think she will find that having to remove the cap to drink will be a nuisance. As it is a Christmas gift I can't fully review until after she has received it.”
