“No idea, despite your 7 working day delivery, the bottle has not arrived 12 working days after I placed the order! Your people are aware and assure me it will get here eventually. Of course, now that summer has apparently ended, I will not be using it until next year so hope you can wait for the final review!!”

“7-day delivery? I don't think so! 15 days after ordering and the bottle still has not arrived. If you don't mind waiting a long time for delivery then I guess it is a good product.”

“I live in Greece ( a hot country) and always have a problem to keep water ice cold when out walking/cycling. Unfortunately the bottle doesn't work as you claim! I filled it with iced water ( at least 10 ice cubes), the ice had melted and the water was warm within an hour. Very diasappointed! I would send it back but paid on top of the price 3 euro to receive it so hate to think what return postage would cost!”
