“Love the design - kept water chilled for hours when outside temperature was 34 deg C!”

“Great bottle and a great idea to keep drinks hot or cold Customer service is brilliant no 1 Had problems with my delivery (hermes) contacted chilly,s bottles by email and they sorted it out straight away Emailing the next day asking if I wanted replacement or refund but in between received my bottle Just emailed them back advised them that i had now received it Thank you Chilly,s bottles for your help”

“Easy website to order from. Fast delivery, Immediate response to from their customer service department after I let them know both bottles were damaged Two new replacement bottles sent out straight away Fabulous bottles, do exactly what they are supposed to do One of my Best Buy's Highly recommend the company, the service and the product”

“I would definitely recommend Chilly's bottles. It arrived very quickly and as well as the bottle itself being a beautiful object the packaging it came in is also lovely. I've only used it for cold drinks so far but it keeps my water cold all day and doesn't leak at all.”
