“I placed an order on Nov. 17th- I have not received any tracking info and I have contacted the seller 3 times asking for a refund or for the sellers to give me shipping info- they just say it will ship but it won’t give me specifics or a refund.”

They are super quick to reply to your emails, but will only tell you OVER AND OVER that "your package has been shipped, and your items will be to you soon" but will refuse to give you any tracking information. Asked if I wanted another pair at same price, ummm NOT Trustworthy enough to order from them again, they now have told me boots are out of stock but still listed as of today and under price it states “ many in stock” well that’s a lie according to email I received yesterday getting in touch with my financial institute and get my refund hopefully as fast as they took my money.
