“Web site very good, almost a try before you buy - sometimes you just need to see a watch before you buy so the returns option is very welcome. Warranty is excellent and delivery is quick”

“I was very impressed with the service provided by the staff. I already own a range of quality watches from various well known high end watch brands. I take part in open water swimming and wanted a less expensive watch for this activity. I have to say my trident 600 has been on my wrist since it arrived and it looks and feels every bit as good as any watch I ever had. Top quality. I suspect this won't be my last Christopher Ward purchase.”

“This watch is an incredible piece of engineering. I love the peace of mind I get knowing it has an amazing power reserve and that I also see it's remaining power through a nice gauge on the dial. The finishing of the watch head it superb. The crown feels very solid when it is out and in use, unlike my 38 mm trident pro 600m, which feels like it is going to snap off when I wind it. The watch has a considerable heft to it, but in a good way. Tapping on the sapphire lens produces a nice *thud*, indicative of a thick, solid crystal. The only disappointing feature is the leather band. I ordered the chocolate brown variant, and it has been a week now and the band is cracking across the surface. I have the bader clasp set to the 4th of 8 holes from the strap tip, so I'm not straining the leather with an excessively tight fitting. I hope this is just a one-time issue.”

“Beauty and quality of the watch I bought. Very fast delivery - I ordered the watch on Tuesday and received it on Thursday; faster than Belgian Postal services. Furthermore, very high price-quality ratio, my friends are jealous of the watch (CW C70 Grand Prix COSC) - better looking than an Omega, Rolex or Breitling :-)”

“I bought my second CW automatic watch today, in my opinion the watches are beautifully designed, made and finished, and seriously excellent value. CW staff are most helpful, promptly responding to any queries, Mike, the other day provided great assistance. CW, you can buy from them with the confidence that you'll get a great watch and customer service.”

“I bought a leather band with the badder deployment, initial impressions are mixed. I was expecting the band to be a bit thicker, but not the end of the world. I was also expecting more from the deployment as well. The clasp doesn't seem to lock in well sometimes. Overall I am happy with it. I was just expecting more for $125 dollars.”

“Recently, I ordered my first watch from Christopher Ward--and, signed up for special promotions by email. The day after I ordered my watch, I received a special sales promotion offer for $125.00. I contacted your company to ask if the sales promotion amount could be applied to my recent purchase. Your staff handled my request in a prompt and professional manner. I was so pleased with the service, I ordered two additional watch straps--for the watch I have not yet received. I'm sure I'll enjoy my new watch. More later...”

“I purchased C70 Grand Prix Chronometer just a few days ago. Prior to delivery, I noticed that the company was holding a half-price sale, and I had paid list. Naturally, I was disappointed. However, I rang Joe at CW and explained the situation. He immediately suggested that they would arrange a credit to reflect the reduced price. This was expedited immediately. Clearly, Christopher Ward are company where integrity is the 'watch word'. From the product itself, to the way they conduct their business... Anyway, what about the timepiece? It's absolutely fabulous. I shall certainly be buying more watches from this company.”

“Extremely happy with my new Trident C60 300. Clearly well made, looks stunning and the bracelet clasp feels fantastic. The micro adjustment is a great touch and the 38mm case is quite uncommon these days (I have a 6.5" wrist). I would strongly recommend CW.”

“Awesome customer support. I had some issues with my US based bank but the Christopher Ward staff was very helpful throughout. The delivery came early. The watch looks excellent and after having it for a week, it seems to have been built very well.”
