I cannot comment on CW products as I have not seen one yet, and the chances of me buying one have plummeted due to the naff logo - supposed to represent the flags of Switzerland and England . I appreciate its only my view , and they can put anything they like on their watches . Surely when selling anything - the best policy would be to broaden your product appeal not narrow it ?

I know the watch I bought from you wasn't the most expensive on the market but.. I feel that the fragility of the case, had I known, would make me think twice about owning such a watch. I have treated the watch with respect, indeed I hardly wear it except for time/distance work whilst flying with the Pathfinder Flying Club based at RAF Wyton. So, it came as a shock to find it had to be repaired for what I would consider a minor knock, and flying single engine pistons, ground handling, refuelling and towing invites contact with hard things on a routine basis. PS as an aside I did ask for a another hole to be put on the strap whilst the watch was in your care for repair, however..., that didn't happen.

I love CW products, I bought 2 watches and 2 leather straps already. CW give me a beautiful, unique, valuable watch. Unfortunately, your customer service make me feel disappointed!

Lovely watches, great design and very well finished. It's a pity about the customer service. I had to email them about delivery of the watch. I emailed 4 times and got one response which did not answer my question. I emailed back 3 times and never got a response at all. If you want your new watch delivered within a week, I suggest that you pay the extra £10 as the standard dispatch time is 5 working days.

Excellent product. Only ordered a watch strap so was disappointed that it took 4 days before the goods were despatched.

I had to send my Trident Pro 600 GMT in for servicing. After 1 year it was losing 2-3 minutes per week. It has been back and working accurately for a few months. While I am really glad it is fixed the CW team doesn't get a full 5 stars as I had to pay a bit over $50 to mail the watch to London. It then took weeks to get it repaired and back to me. I was a bit put off that they didn't pay return shipping or throw in a free t-shirt or apology for the inconvenience/expense. For a $1000 watch I suppose my expectation was a bit higher.

Firstly I love the watch, the look and design are great. Unfortunately the strap broke within 8 weeks of buying it and rather accepting photos that could clearly indicate the broken part, customers services insisted I return the watch to be assessed ... Far from ideal as I'm not without a watch

Actually I can´t review the watch, because I didn´t receive it yet. The reason I write the review is just the fact, that I ordered and paid the watch 12 days ago and I´m still waiting with no watch and no information about the status of my order or about the date on that I can expect the watch to arrive. My panel on the CW homepage only says: "Processing" In days of Amazon and other "fast delivery" companies I´m pretty shocked not to have received the ordered goods within just a few days but even more I´m disturbed by the total lack of information. Hey Christopher Ward, please at least tell me the date! Right now, I have no clue if the watch will be here tomorrow or maybe won´t be here in a month. I liked the CW watches very much on the pictures, but through the lack of delivery AND precise information about expected delivery date I´m considering to cancel my order. Needles to say: if I do, I probbably won´t consider buying another CW watch in the future. That would be sad, because I like your style!

I bought an early CW C5 Mk II. It was a bit past time for service. CW serviced the watch well and effectively for a very good price. However, service was more than a bit of a black hole; apparently watches from the U.S. go into a customs-pending bin at the U.K. post, and CW doesn't go retrieve them quickly. I think it was over two weeks from when it made it to "London" and when CW finally processed the paperwork and retrieved it, during which time the only status I received was when I telephoned. Service completion was similar devoid of communications. All told it was about 2-1/3 months from mailing the watch off to receiving it back, with the only CW-generated status being a request for money! This was complicated by the fact that they apparently created a duplicate account for me, so while I still had the original CW account with original order and watch serial number, they instead connected it to a new account that, and I am absolutely not making this up - this is what they told me, I could not see because it collided with the existing account and that they could not combine with the existing account. So my "dashboard" had no record of any part of the service during the 10 or so weeks the watch was in-transit and in-process. On the bright side, the service was, as I said, affordable and well-done.

Nice strap when it finally arrived. Would have been nice to have been told it was going to take over a month to be delivered. Or at least the website indicating it was out of stock.

They didn't. There was a delay before I received one of the straps and there was no communication to tell me it was on its way until I called. Am still awaiting the 2nd strap and, again, was not informed of a potential delay or, indeed, when it can be expected; again, until I called.

I have always been proud of my watch - looks good etc. When the winding mechanism failed they have honoured the guarantee without quibble, although the repair did take some time.

Having owned a COSC watch for a few years, I am disappointed in the number of times it has had to go back for attention of one sort or another. Good time keeping one would expect to be an essential. Unfortunately this watch has proved to be a poor performer and to date not capable of correct calibration after repeated returns for adjustment. The process for sending it back and the methodoogy for conveying the watch securely is all perfect. The guarantee is always honoured unfortunately the watch has not become an accurate time keeper yet !!!!! lets hope this time.

Just over year ago Ipurchased a mark 2 automatic watch whis simply brilliant .at the time I needed to have an extra small strap, this was not available.and I had to punch extra holes in the strap. In the recent sale I noticed extra small straps and at special priceafter longish delay and a. Telephone call from me arrive the strap despite giving the model with my order the strap arrived and when fitted I find its not wide enough but has been fitted ,not the perfect result The quality is superb just the width. Would I buy a watch from Christopher Ward again I must say yes! Dennis Furnell
