“I ordered this mascara as I always wear green mascara and it looked like a lovely colour. It was very easy to use the website and delivery was prompt. However the colour is more of a yellow, so I won't be using it.”

“Bought a nail varnish advent calendar for my wife. She'd never used their stuff before and goes for cruelty free/vegan products, she loves their nail stuff, both the colours and the way it goes/stays on. She'd recommend it.”

“Absolutely loved my products and the extra surprises I got after my feedback about the damage glow compacted. I haven’t tried them yet and will over the weekend as it’s my birthday. All I can say is thank you for the replacement and the two additional items...just the right colours for me.”

“I have no order to review as it has still not arrived. My Order #140531UK has been dispatched over 2 weeks ago & according to DHL it has departed from the Deutsche Post terminal on 20/02. But I havent heard anything since. Has it gotten lost? Tracking barcode is RS438599718DE Customer service has not helped me thus far.”

“I ordered a nail polish calendar with a discount code from the MSE website for a present for somebody. Exceptional service. The parcel arrived in immaculate condition and well before the time stipulated. The nail polish colours are beautiful. I have ordered from Ciate before and apart from products being vegan they are outstanding. The nail polish does not chip easily either. Highly recommended”
