“I was so excited to try this product, now I have I'm really disappointed. The colours aren't the same in person and its not smudge proof. I also ordered the holographic but it looked no different than the original. I wish I could of tried a sample of the other colours as I think I'd of preferred the darker tones. Very disappointed 😔”

“Brilliant products beautifully packaged glitter flip lip glosses are amazing they really are wow! ...stamp and drag liner awesome once you get the hang of it and plumping lip primer fab ...all round excellent service ...thank you”

“I ordered some nail polishes, which never arrived. I messaged customer services they replied really promptly said they must of got lost. I did try and use the tracking service via Royal Mail but with no joy. Customer service arranged delivery which arrived in a matter of days. Great customer service Great products will order again”

“I was rather disappointed with the presentation of this set of nail polish. They were individually wrapped in bubble wrap in a box, but as they are to be a gift; that's not very attractive. I haven't yet given them so can't comment otherwise. The order process, speed of delivery etc were all fine.”

“Very matt and dry. Hardly any sparkle at all. I think I was also sent the wrong colour as it is nothing like the one I chose. Very disappointing.”
