“Gorgeous products that my skin doesn't react to, and nice fast delivery. I also appreciate the minimal packaging so there's nothing unnecessary but the products are well protected. The packaging is all recyclable too - cardboard box, paper inside to protect the products...apart from the bubble wrap the nail polishes are packaged in, but I can reuse that so it's ok. I hope all their other customers make that effort too! I've bought from Ciate several times now and will do so in future too, because of the good quality products that are in gorgeous colours too :)”

“My favourite make up, from foundation to mascara, eyeshadow to lipstick. I haven’t found a product I don’t like to far. Cruelty free and vegan makes it all the better.”

“I could happily spend so much money on this website. Products are great quality AND vegan. Sometimes a little on the pricey side but there are often sales etc which make everything much more affordable. Products delivered quickly even during the pandemic”

“Best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - after a mistake on my part they were so helpful in dealing with the problem and although I was happy to return the wrongly ordered item and wait for an exchange they simply wished me a happy Christmas and sent me the item I originally wanted as a gift and told me to keep the original - I will and already have recommended your company to many of my friends who were all highly impressed with the fantastic service I received from yourselves ............ once again thank you so much”

“I ordered a Ciate product through Asos as a Christmas present. After two weeks Asos came back and said it was out of stock. I reordered directly through Ciate on a Saturday morning at a much better price than Asos and it arrived on the Monday. Fantastic service.”
