“Not at all like the advert - followed the instructions to the letter and hardly any sparkle. A waste of money.”

“Very impressed with my purchase from Ciate - the mini mani 2018 collection. Delivered promptly in perfect condition. Ciate never fails to evolve with so much detail in the presentation of their beautiful products.”

“Very poor service, order wasnt sent the way ordered, took ages to receive any information and had to chase the order myself. Lost 2 days waiting in, 1 on the day it was supposed to arrive and the one when it actually arrived almost a week later. No proper apology just a refund for postage which is the bare minimum a company has to do. Very unimpressed.”

“Online experience painless - checkout struggled to cope with deals , so ended up processing as 2 transactions. Unfortunately the courier Hermes let Ciate down badly with their service . Packages ordered 90 seconds apart , delivered 7 days apart. Calendar always great quality and great value - sure this years will live up to that same ethos.”

“the box is water damaged and I'm unsure if this is because a product within the advent calendar has leaked or water damage from another source. As these are gifts I cant really ask how much the receiver of the gift enjoyed it till 24 December when all doors on the gift are opened”
