“I would like to be able to review the 2 Editor Palettes that I ordered over 2 weeks ago but as I have never received them I can't. I have emailed Ciate customer service twice and rung once to report non delivery of my order but only received replies to say they are 'looking into it'. I've since emailed to ask for a refund of my money or the items replaced but have heard nothing more for the last week. This is dreadful customer service and I am now resigned to having to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything from Ciate ever again.”

“Not used Ciate products much before, but loving my Advent calendar. Very impressed with the durability and consistency of the polish. Very easy to apply, good brush. Order came next day. Will be shopping again. Thank you xx”
