“On March 11, fraud occurred on our business account to the amount of $65,900. Citibank has stood by the fraudent source, NOT its customer, refusing to put the money back into our account. Citibank’s negligence continues over 2 months causing us to close our business, placing us in financial peril, and causing irreparable damage to our 35 year reputation. We have been forced to hire an attorney and file a police report against Citibank’s theft of our funds. Fraud is rampant, Citibank is ill equipped to protect its customers. Please be careful.”

“I miscalculated by not performing adequate research prior to utilizing their service. I should have examined the company more closely. Reviews would have warned me about their Scam. I was fortunate that RANGEPRO.ORG responded to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted swiftly to address the problem. I received my refund last week thanks to their help.
