“On March 11, fraud occurred on our business account to the amount of $65,900. Citibank has stood by the fraudent source, NOT its customer, refusing to put the money back into our account. Citibank’s negligence continues over 2 months causing us to close our business, placing us in financial peril, and causing irreparable damage to our 35 year reputation. We have been forced to hire an attorney and file a police report against Citibank’s theft of our funds. Fraud is rampant, Citibank is ill equipped to protect its customers. Please be careful.”

“I miscalculated by not performing adequate research prior to utilizing their service. I should have examined the company more closely. Reviews would have warned me about their Scam. “I’ve been part of Citi credit card for around 4 years now. I went in debt for about 10 months. When I finally got out of debt (I’ve been out for 6 months now) and was able to pay my card on time they continued to give me interest charges on credit card statements that were paid for. Citi is a horrible deceiving company.”
