“Every time I visit the branch on 79th and York Ave. in nyc the line is long, machines aren’t working and the branch door after hours doesn’t work. The fees are high and the customers service on the phone are from another country. don’t know where to bank any longer all the banks around my area seemed the same.”

“On March 11, fraud occurred on our business account to the amount of $65,900. Citibank has stood by the fraudent source, NOT its customer, refusing to put the money back into our account. Citibank’s negligence continues over 2 months causing us to close our business, placing us in financial peril, and causing irreparable damage to our 35 year reputation. We have been forced to hire an attorney and file a police report against Citibank’s theft of our funds. Fraud is rampant, Citibank is ill equipped to protect its customers. Please be careful.”
