“Waited 2 weeks. I then had to call them and was told it hadn't even been despatched. So will be 3 weeks by the time it turns up. 1*”

“Literally zero out of 5 stars!! 2 weeks since my order I contacted them to chase up and request a refund of the delivery charge (which wasnt cheap tbh) Their reply was that they expect to deliver my order in ANOTHER weeks time, refused my request of delivery charge refund and offered me a different colour AND size of the overalls i had ordered!! If i wanted yellow large overalls, I wouldn't have ordered orange medium sized!! Absolute joke of a company, i advise you use absolutely anybody else!”

“i have placed an order, they say "next say delivery" an i paid lke£7 delivery fee. i havent recieved my order for 7days..i called them i spoke to manager he was soo rude and did not help me.very bad customer service. do not trust them..”

“It took 12 days before I received my order. I sent an email on their system got no reply, rang them to inform them I hadn’t received my order, they said they would look into it and they would get back to me, they didn’t, I emailed them again and complained and they apologised saying there wasn't really a good enough excuse and that they had now dispatched my order and that I will receive it next day, I finally received the order next day. Very poor.”

Hi Calli, sorry about the cloths but they are our cheapest and at £3 for 50 are supposed to be disposable. Regarding service, we delivered within 2 working days of the last bank holiday, I'm not sure what else we could have done........

“Ordered 24 containers only 12 arrived, I have chased endlessly and still haven’t received anymore.I Had phone calls to say it was being dealt with, but nothing more, I have just emailed today for a refund. Extremely disappointed with this company.”

“Was greatly disappointed with the service. I ordered napkins and asked for samples to be sent and got a reply saying the samples would be sent with order two days later. After two days the samples arrived but not my order, no information was given. Since then I have called 3 times and each time been told they would look into it and call me straight back but have still yet to hear anything apart from asking me to review my order. So here it is. Not a company I will use again”

“I wrote to customer services and explained that the product (apple tag-ups) was not as described and had very little smell left in them, not worth the money I paid and could I have a refund. They wrote back that as I have opened the box and used one of the 20 items there could be no refund. How on earth could I test the item properly without opening it, rubbish response, bad product don't buy from this company.”

“Would not recommend they took payment for something that is out of stock and don’t know when it will be back in stock. Spoke to them on phone asking for refund they said they would check stock status and get back to me 4/5 days still nothing. Their email address doesn’t work! Now trying to get money back through PayPal!!!”
