“Used this company in belgium two times. Overall i was basicallly satisfied but some issues did arise. When we were picked up at brussels train station the driver was not waiting at the arrivals area as the confirmation email stated. I had to call and was told to meet him at Sams bar, why wasn't this in the email? The driver was a few minutes late. When we were picked up at our hotel in bruges the driver was 15 minutes late and when we arrived in brussels and i asked to pay with my credit card he at first refused. He said that had i paid online i could pay with a credit card, not to the driver. I told him that is not what the web site said, he said he does not control the web site, and he finally relented and charged me an extra 3% using my credit card. I have used other car services that were better organized and always on time”

“Easy to book and price is reasonable for a door to door airport service. Company calls if they are stuck in traffic and checks if your flight is delayed. Overall good service.”

“I gave my pro credit card foot print when booking on line. I have selected option to pay to the driver. I expected to have flexibility to pay by credit card to the driver Unfortunately not, it is a pain to go to cash machine with the driver. Please clarify your option details on the web. Thanks. “minpunt: we hadden gereserveerd en er kwam geen taxi opdagen. We hadden wel een boekingsnummer én e-mail bevestiging. pluspunt: werd telefonisch snel opgelost en na een 15 min hadden we wel een taxi. Conclusie; toch tevreden”

“On time, good communication by text ahead of time. Note if you are dropping off at more than 1 terminal there is an extra charge which is fair enough but not stated on website.”

“Very efficient. Smartly dressed drivers and timely arrival. They didn't always speak English however which was a slight barrier when we got stuck in a traffic jam and I was worrying about getting to the airport in time”
