“Used this company in belgium two times. Overall i was basicallly satisfied but some issues did arise. When we were picked up at brussels train station the driver was not waiting at the arrivals area as the confirmation email stated. I had to call and was told to meet him at Sams bar, why wasn't this in the email? The driver was a few minutes late. When we were picked up at our hotel in bruges the driver was 15 minutes late and when we arrived in brussels and i asked to pay with my credit card he at first refused. He said that had i paid online i could pay with a credit card, not to the driver. I told him that is not what the web site said, he said he does not control the web site, and he finally relented and charged me an extra 3% using my credit card. I have used other car services that were better organized and always on time”
