“I had a problem in that the taxi company took two payments from my bank account. However, once I brought this to City-Airport-Taxis' attention, it was sorted out quickly.”

“Everything was otherwise very good, but it was difficult that driver didn´t speak english, and we can´t speak italian. That is why we had to ask our hotel´s person to make sure that there was also taxireservation back to the airport.”

“I got a quote a month before our holiday, then went on to book it a few days before we were due to fly, getting the expected confirmation that day. There were no problems with the booking. A driver was waiting for us at Faro Airport with my name on a placard and he took us to the Taxi and then drove us to our Hotel which was an hour away. We were asked to pay the full return fare, which was implied by the booking form. For the return journey a week later, a different driver came to our hotel and asked for me by name, then drove us to Faro Airport which was an hour away. As we had already paid for the return journey, there was nothing to pay (although I did give the driver a modest tip, which was not solicited). The fare quoted and paid was, I believe, very reasonable, and everyone we had contact with was very professional. There were no problems and I would definitely use the service again as it was reliable and a reasonable cost.”

“The only problem was with a meeting. Nobody stands at the meeting point. When I tried to call emergency numbers there was a silence and on the last number I was told to call another number. As I just arrived I cannit find a paper and a pen to write it. But in a few minutes our driver has come.”
