“Bar fridge is great, and delivery was quick. We did however pay $300+ for delivery as it’s a residential property requiring a forklift to bring it in. This was not the case, driver turned up banging on windows and yelling hello with a trolley and my husband went out to assist bring it in. So I’m terms of delivery cost, absolutely ridiculous.”

Hi Alisha, Agree totally about the price. It’s crazy. This for the courier to provide a tailgate to lower it to the ground in lieu of customer having their own forklift. Bonkers. Courier companies take advantage of Health and Safety regulations where it suits and charge accordingly. We see none of this fee. Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your feedback. “I ordered the 600mm stainless shelving. Cannot fault the product. Exactly as advertised. Happy as. Delivery in regional Australia has it’s issues but when I contacted CKS they got onto quick smart and followed up. Cannot praise CKS staff enough. I recommend this product and company”

“I suppose to get the delivery on Monday, however my shop not open on Monday, it been delivered on Wednesday. It fridge is broken and it could not set the temperature. I contact to your service team, but until now no one come to fix it for me.”
