“The interaction with CKS was pleasurable. The sales staff were very accommodating to my needs and offered many options for my consideration. Once our fridge was ordered, CKS maintained communication until the refrigerator was ready for shipping. The refrigerator is installed and operating to expectation. I must admit to being very happy with the emitted noise from the working refrigerator. It is better than anticipated for a commercial unit. Overall a good experience and very happy with the product. thankyou CKS.”

“I should have given you 5 stars because of quick delivery and good quality of product, but it would be better if you can tell me exactly or at least period of time for delivery. Due to I don’t live near the restaurant that your driver dropped the product off, and when he tried to call me before 9am (restaurant open from 11.30am), i was not ready to go there, fortunately I have a staff working there at that time. Anyway the driver dropped off the product nicely but a bit far from the doorway under the hot sunny day.”

“I needed chaffing dishes last minute and CKS came to my rescue even though they had closed. Great customer service. Dishes were very easy to assemble, come with two fuel burners each, a lid with plastic cool-touch handles, and is professional looking.”

Hi, You left us a call on over the weekend to say you had issue with your display unit. We called you first thing Monday morning to arrange a technician. You were not happy that the tech could not be there immediately, right now. We said please get your own technician to get there ASAP and we are happy to foot the bill. You should have been able to see the package journey through each step to your location, as well as contact us or the courier company with any problems.
