Very thorough and friendly service. Results were quick and unexpectedly good. I would recommend Claims2gain to everyone. What have you to lose? I recovered money I didn't even know I was owed.

Excellent service, very professional, did everything they said they would do, very quickly. Would recommend them to anyone claiming back PPI. I'm a well satisfied customer.

Hardwick processed my claim quickly and efficiently, with very little input needed on my part. Also, I found them to be ten percent better than some other companies, with respect to their charges, so I would certainly recommend them. Joyce Russell

on the plus side we found the people easy to deal with but when letters sent out for signing etc you seem to think we do not have any other things/people to deal with. on the downside you quote your fees as 25% you do not mention that VAT is also applied. It was therefore a shock the extra money we had to pay you.

thank you for your comments Mrs Jones, we do try to keep the paperwork to a minimum but unfortunately the banks insist on certain paperwork being signed from individuals which means multiple things to sign for one claim, we to find it frustrating. I am always looking to find ways to make the process simpler and more cost effective for the company and less time consuming for our customers . Thank you for your support. Kylie Ops Director.

Never paid ppi as far as we were aware and so many calls everyday about it. When Hardwick rang I spoke to James a lovely young man who said really what have you got to lose? I read everything especially the small print and looked the company up on the Internet. We filled the forms in and could not believe the results. We were paid out. We then went to the bank about account fees and ppi and again the monies were paid directly into our account. We also received a letter of apology from our bank. We would recommend Hardwick not only for their professionalism but for their honesty and extremely polite and caring staff. So pleased I had a good chat with James on that first occasion. Thank you James and all the staff who have rung me and kept me up to date with everything. Regards to you all.
