THE TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM START TO FINISH KEPT US INFORMED OF ANY DECISIONS BY THE COMPANY WE WRE CLAIMING BACK FROM ALL THE WAY THROUGH VERY SIMPLE PROCESS AND VERY CLEAR PAPERWORK .

Although i did get money back on a couple of claims, i found the lack of communication and updates very frustrating. In addition, both times i was sent an invoice for their fee which was incorrect (too high) and i had to request new ones, one of them the incorrect invoice was sent twice. Whether this was a genuine error or they were just hoping i wouldn't notice and pay the higher amount, i don't know. The most frustrating thing i found is that when they wanted to contact me to chase payment of fees, i was receiving several missed calls per day, bordering on harassment (i cant answer my mobile in work), however when i wanted info from them, they didn't seem interested at all.

thank you very much for exposing the bad practices of the banks, and getting me some much needed money to help me in retirement. Just a shame about the VAT !!!!

unprofessional , only contacted me and updated when they wanted infromation and not to keep me updaed with the situtaion.. very rude when one settlement had been agreed about paying the the bill which i had not recieved the advisor was very abrupt and not helpful all in all i think the service was terrible

Thank you for your comment Mrs Hall, this is something I am currently lookig into and have put in place a text service so after every update we receive customers also recieve the same. It is not always possible at this point to contact each customer individually by phone due to the volume of correspondance that comes into the office, and generally the letters are copies of which the creditors are already sending to customers. Although I did get my ppi back the customer service with this company is shocking. I never got an update on my claim/a dispite having my email address home bad mobile numbers. I wouldn't use this company agsin based on the customer service experience.

Thank you for your comments, this will be addressed. I have reviewed your account and I can see that we have been in touch on numerous occassions, as required, however nearer the end of the process the contact has been limited and this is due to the time frames the bank advised final decisions are made, I take on board the fact a call or correspondance to advise of you this maybe helpful, however the bank letters are copies of the same letters you should be recieving. Customers should be recieving texts as each stage progresses and I will investigate as to wether this has been happening. I am dissapointed to hear that you would not use us again as we do pride ourselves on delivering a good custoemr journey. very good service only thing I would say is that paperwork took a long time to get sorted and long gaps in communications but say all that I would use again If needed

Thank you for your positive comments, we have tried several times to reduce the paperwork but unfortunately this is what the creditors require and we have to work within the regulated time frames.
