“Very professional and helpful was not expecting any results as had heard it all before from other companies. It was quite painless as forms were filled in at the office and posted out to be read and signed. Excellent result and received a payment from Lloyds TSB who have always been very obstructive when I tried to claim years ago. Would highly recommend”

“Was not sure if I had any PPI all I had to do was let Hardwicks know name of my bank and they did the rest for me and was greatly surprised to get a large sum of money back that was owed me”

“as much as I appreciate you sorting out my claim I think that your pricing is astronomical as I have found out what it actually takes to make a claim and had I known this I would have considered doing it myself, you tell people that it costs a quarter of the claim but your charges are more like a third as V.A.T. is not mentioned at the initial phone call, If I recommend you to anyone I know I will make sure that they know the facts firsts of your charging structure, as I said I appreciate the claim but not your charges”

Mr Dibben, Thank you for your comments. As part of the initial training all staff are scripted so that the requirments dictated by theClaims Management Regulator are adhered too, we have to be transparent in relation to charges. I will endeavor to locate your inital sales call. With regards the 25% we are very competative within the market place and have found a large amount of companies charging in excess of 35% plus VAT. We have many returning customers and referrals due to the good customer care/service we provide and although "yes" it is possible to claim on your own merit, again most people prefer the hassel free alternative and use a CMC. “Had several claims running but when someone called they never said which claim they where calling about just went straight into question after question received paperwork which was wrong called to explain but the person would not listen just said sign forms and send back did not want to listen told her that if I get it back wrong again I would cancel everything.got tired of explaining things several times to different people.their procedures need sorting.”

“Easy to use, and very polite staff, the constant phone calls, usually just as we were having our evening meal was a bit of a nuisance. After all that though, we did get some money back.”

“I really didn't expect to receive anything from participating in this comparing it with PPI companies, but was impressed by the efficiency and honesty of the calls I received and the paperwork appearing when promised. All in all I would recommend this service to anyone and would like to thank everyone who helped to make my claim successful!”

“Staff could not do enough for us not left on hold when on the phone if a problem they would ring you back when they said not two days later at a daft time have recomended to freinds thats how good to us”
