“Slow delivery. This is the second time ordering however I find the delivery process extremely slow. This particular order took 3 working days to process an email saying my order had even been despatched. It's now 9 days since I ordered my items and they still haven't arrived. Our area isn't an area affected by postal delays, I have ordered from other places which have all been received as expected. Lovely products but a shame about the delivery”

“Everything is fine but the delivery is slow which is disappointing. This is my second order and now only being despatched 2 days after order was received. I was desperate for paint to finish my project. But will have to wait.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. We’d like to offer our apologies that the despatch time for your order was not as quick as usual. As a small business we have tried to minimise the impact of the pandemic on our delivery service levels throughout, but there have been periods of extremely high demand, that has led to some operational pressures in maintaining our usual speedy service, where staff have been balancing home schooling with children etc. During these times, we have laid on additional resources during evenings and weekends to help minimise impact on our customers. “The service was excellent and the paint was good and easy to use. My only problem was that the colour chart was quite inaccurate and so when I had finished it really wasn't the colour I expected. It does show a proviso on the colour chart to warn that that might be the case so I can't complain. It would have been useful though to have been able to get a tester size first.”

“Great product. Competitive price. The only thing that could have been better was the despatch/delivery time. It took quite a few days to arrive which isn’t ideal when I need products for my business. Other than that all good.”

“I've not used my paint .. My paints arrived quite quickly buy.. I was hoping as a new customer that I would have had a color chart in with my paints. I'm looking forward to up-cycling the unit that I bought for my home. Thank you Would be nice if you could send me a color chart please Only gave a 7 below as not used it yet”
