“Lovely people and paint, but I think they need to change their delivery methods for their small trial samples. We had to wait just over a week for delivery, when it could have come via Royal Mail instead.”

“Received product on time pleased with that. Problem with scam emails related to courier. Emails saying I had to pay a shipping fee to receive my order when I already had it. No problem with Claire’s craft house.”

“Good products and good explanations of how to use them. Website not as clear as it might be. Tried to navigate back to a page with all the colours on and just couldn’t find it again. Delivery could have been faster”

“Claire’s is fantastic, there’s always a wide range of products and delivery is quick. Some are more expensive than other online stockists but there’s often offers and free delivery which is why I’m a repeat customer”

“Excellent, quick service. I even had a cute little hand written thank you which was a great touch. Only thing I could fault was the price of postage for a sample pot, which I thought was a little excessive.”

“We had previously purchased tubes of the gilding wax but this isa much better option as they won't dry out. the silver and gold work brilliantly however I am struggling with the black as I can't get it to adhere to glass. I will persevere and see how it goes. Delivery and price were fine.”

“I want to paint a merchants chest to update it and a friend said I should look at Claire's Crafthouse and I was very impressed with the range of paint and colours held by this Company. Not to mention the tools to get the job done. At the moment I have only ordered a couple of colour samples. These arrived quickly and I have chosen the colour I want so will be ordering a proper tin of paint in the very near future. Am very pleased with this Company and so glad that I found them.”

“Ordered my items on 23rd Dec …. And when it hadn’t arrived by 6th Jan I called and spoke to Liz who confirmed it had been despatched in the 23rd. Liz kindly followed this up with Royal Mail to discover it had gone to the wrong depot and called me back to let me know it was making its way to me …. Sure enough I received it on the 11th of Jan …. Well packaged and everything there that is ordered. I haven’t used the paint yet but looking forward to starting my project! Great customer service.”

“I’ve always received my orders in good time and perfect condition. There’s a good range of products but some are expensive compared to other sites. There are usually good offers/discounts available though which is why I use Claire’s.”
