Cancelled my order without any word or explanation. Turned out (from my own investigation) that I ordered two samples instead of two paint bottles, which is why I assume they cancelled my order. Instead of checking if the order was correct they just cancelled and did not even bother to send an e-mail. Mind you I was a returning customer. I found another stockist of Fushion paints. Needless to say I wont be back.

Hi Linda, I'm sorry to hear that your colour card has not reached you. We don't track the free colour guides in the same way we do paid orders, so they go via Royal Mail and we have to assume that they get safely delivered, unless we are notified otherwise. We have dispatched a replacement by first class post. Please accept my apologies that the carrier let us down in this instance. Brest wishes, Claire

Not only was the product I ordered not worth the money, but the waste that came was unbelievably! Won’t buy again!

I have never received my order or any attempt to contact me with an explanation of what is being done to rectify this situation I will never use this company again they are totally useless.

Hello Victor, Firstly we are very sorry to hear there has been a problem with the delivery of your item. We received your order on 12 October and your item was dispatched on 13 October with Royal Mail - a shipping email was automatically generated and sent on the same day, to advise you that your order was en route. If you did not receive this email, it is usually the case that it has been filtered into a spam/junk folder. As our reviews testify, we pride ourselves on first class customer service, however we do rely on customers making contact with us if their parcels have not arrived, and it is then our priority to look into any delivery issues. In this instance we have received no communications advising us that you have not received your order. Of course, now that you have brought this to our attention, we will look into the tracking information tomorrow and a member of the team will contact you with an update. Kind regards, Claire

I’m deeply disappointed that you feel your experience of our service has warranted a one-star review. We received your order last weekend, on Saturday 5th December, and mailed two working days later on Tuesday 8th December. Under usual circumstances, Royal Mail would have normally delivered your order by now. However, with the recent national lockdown and regional tier-restrictions, combined with Black Friday and increasing Christmas mail volumes, there are understandable and well publicised pressures on Royal Mail and other couriers at this time of year, and this is resulting in some delivery delays. Unfortunately, these situations are understandably beyond our control. I will personally look into the tracking of your parcel and will contact you directly with an update. Best wishes, Claire

Hi Ruth, I'm sorry to read your review and learn that you've not received your order yet, we were not aware that it hadn't arrived. Please accept our apologies for your missing parcel, your order was dispatched on the 4th March, so clearly something has gone wrong with your delivery. Delivery was quick but colour card sample card was folded in half and now looks scruffy. I clearly did not read the size of the tester pot and assumed I would have received an Annie Sloane type size...oh no, an outrageously small tester pot for £4.75 and £3.95 post and handling?? £8.70 in total for a tiny tiny sample and scruffy colour cards. Thanks!

"Very poor quality . Extremely disappointed with the wooden rocking horses , especially as we waited weeks for them to be made . Expected better. Won’t be ordering again .Not worth the money . Two upset children ! "
