“I’ve recently done the “ Paint a piece - beginners workshop” An absolutely fabulous workshop! Can’t recommend it enough Claire and Gemma are so knowledgeable. I’ve learnt so much. Such a relaxed and friendly environment. Can’t wait for the next one!”

“Claire’s are my now no 1 retailer, as they are always quick to dispatch, if there’s ever a problem, due to stock they phone me, which is great. They also have the best range of products too and at also one of the cheapest with the discounts they provide.”

“I have ordered from Claire's CraftHouse a couple of time now. The products were quickly despatched and I was kept up to date with the progress of the order. Lovely products and Claire puts a little note in with the order wishing you happy painting. This is such a lovely little touch and very personal. The website is very easy to navigate and she has a good selection to choose from. I will continue to use Claire's CraftHouse for my Fusion & Dixie Belle paints.”

“Hi, I cannot praise Fusion paint enough. I purchased an Art Deco piano that had seen better days. The colour I used was the ASH Fusion. It’s a beautiful darker grey with a very slight slate blue in it. I painted the piano in less than an hour and just one coat gave excellent coverage and a second coat took about 30 minutes. The piano looks amazing now and I couldn’t be happier. The staff at Claire’s are very friendly and knowledgable. It’s nice to find something that really works. Thank you, Paul.”

“Always a fantastic service. I must admit I do take advantage of their offers of free postage when purchasing above a certain limit. But with all the wonderful goodies how can you resist! The items are always beautifully packed so have had no damage or spills. Buy with confidence.”

“Third order from Claire’s craft house, I love the paints here and I’m already planning my next project! I’ve never had an issue ordering although there was a slight mix up with my order this time - I didn’t even realise and only knew because they contacted me to let me know as soon as they realised the problem. This meant my order was a little bit delayed but I’d already anticipated longer delivery times because of staff shortages in Royal Mail so the delay was a nonissue. They added in a little gift as an apology, which I just think is fantastic customer service. As a small business owner I’m very impressed with the service I received!”

“Excited to find somewhere that sold Dixie Belle products in UK. First ordered few a weeks ago......now onto my second order. Have painted a number of items already! Needed to keep busy in lockdown....so being able to buy Dixie Belle paint is a godsend! If my husband stands still long enough to ...might paint him too! First order arrived in good time...no issues. Great service and highly recommend!”

“I’ve recently converted to Dixie Belle paints which are absolutely awesome. They are far superior to the paint I was previously using. Mentioning no names but it begins with F! I came across Claire’s CraftHouse and I am finding them an excellent supplier. They have lots to choose from and everything gets delivered promptly and I love that I able to support a UK based business. Highly recommend!”

“Everything about this purchase was perfect. The website, and ordering process, the prompt communication, the speed of the delivery (next day!), the packaging, the information leaflets that were enclosed - all perfect. Personal care was undoubtedly applied throughout, even to the hand-written note saying thank you and its smiley face. And then I tried the paint itself which is SO GOOD! I have not tried the sealer yet, as I'm giving the paint time to properly dry, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Perfect experience, and I thank you, personally.”

“I phoned to place my order, the lady I spoke to was busy with a customer and said she would ring back. Later that day, she rang and I gave her my order which was despatched straight away and I received two days later. Very efficient and professional.”
