I ordered three pairs of boots on 23/11/2022. I returned two pairs on 01/13/2022 and received a refund for one pair on 13/12/2022. I have emailed Clarks twice and phoned five times, spending at least 30 minutes on hold each time. There has been absolutely no response. Clarks have taken over £100 from me and appear to refusing to return it. This could be defined as “theft”. Never never consider ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of boots on the 28/12/2022. It tells me a that a Evri have my parcel and have had it since 03/01/23. But still hasn’t been delivered to me. Emailed Clark’s and nothing. So now need to call them at 8am this morning and see if they answer or not. I would just like my boots or my money back with interest.

Can’t get through to Clarks or so called carrier,I’ve paid for shoes and I would like them delivered or my money back. Paid for them 13 days ago. Never dealing with this firm again.

Sent a pair of boot back on the 4th december 2022 still no refund Sent a seperate pair back on the 13th december 2022 and received a A full refund.2 week later .trying to contact clarks outlet by phone with no joy .You cannot phone and no answer to emails

Returned a pair of boots 6 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. They responded via email this morning after 5 weeks to say the boots were refunded to my visa card. I don't have a visa card !!!! Have tried calling but no one manning the phones (have waited for over 20 minutes) Will never order from the website again. I am not sure what has happened to Clarks - but please avoid as it will be a real battle to get your money back. I feel I may have to escalate to get my money back

I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of sandals on 3rd November, they sent the wrong pair of sandals which had clearly been worn. The boots didn’t fit and so I returned them a couple of days later. Impossible to get hold of anyone at Clarks outlet. . Was on hold for an hour. In the end I raised a complaint with my bank who were super helpful. I will never buy from them again. I’ve spent ages trying to chase my refund.

I have returned two pairs of shoes but they refunded just for one. I tried calling multiple times and emailed them as well but got no reply. It’s been almost a month now without a contact from them.

Similar to other experiences on here, wish I had read them before. Ordered school shoes, dispatch email a day later, got a tracking number, few days later it said delayed, 2 weeks later, no shoes or refund, no reply to any email chasing, no luck getting through on the phone. Will never be ordering from them again.

Ordered some school shoes 3 weeks ago and got a dispatch email 1 week later. However, since then, the tracking shows it has yet to be collected by the courier. Called them last week to enquire (was on hold for 1 hour!) and still was none the wiser... Was told to call back 48 hrs time. Called again today (50 min wait) and surprise surprise, still no clue on the problem. So cancelled the order... Waste of time

I cannot recommend this company. The shoes I ordered did not fit so I returned them. The tracking service paperwork showed the parcel as reaching the destination. Clarks Outlet. However as other reviewers have found, no refund is forthcoming 2 months later. I can only label this company at best negligent and in reality fraudsters. I will spend no more time and energy on trying to obtain the money they owe me, but I will certainly counsel as many people as possible to avoid buying from them. I also wish them nothing but bad luck in their business.

It's a spam, i ordered a pair of shoes and got nothing, only tracking number that the order shipped from Chicago US, and ended up in berlin with status delivery exception, courier name is onekcexpress.com,, emails and complaints and refund request but never responded, i sent to Clarks and they told me It's not original and they will report them a spam, Don't ever ever buy from there

I have a code sent to me by Clarks I have just tried to use it again, and it is not working, I tried to send an email (on their form) not sending, I eventually found a telephone number, which I rang on ly to receive a message telling me they would send me an sms with contact details, tried all three contact details, still would not work. I tried to send a complaint and that did not work either. I have used Clarks for years, this is absolutely shocking service, If anyone has any methods of contacting them that works I would be pleased to hear it! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM working

Terrible. My sons school shoes broke after 1 term completely peeled of. so we went to the shop and they said no refunds I tried to talk to them and they just screamed at me to get out. terrible honestly won’t be going again tried to call them however the would hang up straight away. Don’t go here (Clark’s FACTORY shop not Clark’s )

I have not yet recived my order despite contacting customers service 3 times submitting a complaint and visiting 2 clarks stores for help all to no avail never ever have I recoved such poor service

Revolting service, my return end up in wrong place, nobody knows why as I used Clarks provided sticker !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWEFUL

I sent my shoes back as they did not fit, its been 4 weeks now and ive not heard anything from them, no refund and no reply to my requests - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

i put a pair of sandals on hold (shopping cart) a few days ago - since then I have had my mail box spammed with 15 mails some within seconds of the previous send- some only a minute or two later. responding to one of the mails had 3 -4 more promptly landing in my inbox to "complete the sale" - while i had them on hold I was checking feedback from others - (not great recommendations) wondering on the likelyhood I'll EVER complete? is there negative star for a review?

I ordered a pair of shoes 10 days ago, I've had no confirmation or shoes to date. But guess what? The monies gone. Ive emailed an no response... Be careful when ordering. worst service ever!!

Hermes tracked a return on the 19th July. I have still had no acknowledgement from Clark’s that they have received the return and it is being processed. Obviously no money returned yet either. Today is 2August. Very disappointing service. Also no phone number or web chat available. My emails have not been answered.
