“Carlos is excellent at what he does. I learned some really valuable skills, and his patience made the whole experience even better. He has a great depth of knowledge and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand.
His coffee is amazing too — he roasts it himself, which really shows in the quality. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing.
