“I booked a class for my client (who has a disability) and I, thinking that she and I could do it together. It was clear almost immediately that I had booked a workshop that was too complicated for her to do alone.
Jack very quickly allowed her to change to the more simple Workshop and I instead assisted her. It was the right choice for my client.
She was able to complete her smaller and easier coaster with patient guidance from Jack.
We appreciated the flexibility to change activities and we had a calm, creative and enjoyable experience.”
