This operation is not only a scam but also a criminal enterprise. Once they have gained your attention, they will persistently demand more money from you. Fortunately, after expressing my concerns to the SPECTRUM-CREST personnel, I was able to successfully withdraw my funds and prevent them from being misappropriated. I strongly advise against engaging with them in any way."

"I was passing through FLL airport and a guy was offering the service for free, asking who had an American Airlines creditcard. I went to see how the procedure worked and he took my credit card details and said that he had charged absolutely nothing. To my surprise, the amount came to $189.00. I contacted American Credit Card and found out that there was no promotion with CLEARME. Be careful with offers from this company.\r\nI need to cancel this improper transaction."

"CLEAR's \"support\" page told me that no one would be able to assist me with my identity verification. So I'm just stuck with an unverified LinkedIn profile, with no way of fixing it. >:(\r\n0 customer service = Worst customer service ever."

"This is the worst company ever!! It is so overpriced and not worth one penny!! Their customer service is horrible. All it gets you is to cut in the security line. You will still need to have TSA Precheck. At a busy airport it may save you 5 minutes at the most. They overcharged me for my membership and I fought to have them rectify the situation. They would NOT back down. Apparently the prices went up 2 days before I signed up. The website did not reflect the new prices. I only noticed because of my credit card statement. I just looked at the prices on AMEX website (you get a discount using an AMEX card) and it still reflects the old prices that I thought I was paying. DO NOT PURCHASE CLEAR!!"
