“Supplied a new container on the date said. Actually sent on a small wagon as requested due to tight access. Only small issue was they were sending a tridoor container with no extra charge at their suggestion but a double door was delivered. Colin.”

Due to human error this container was painted the incorrect colour however your sales manager instantly sought to rectify the mistake and organised for a repaint at the earliest opportunity. Hi Tommy, We’re sorry that your container was unable to be placed in its ideal location. Due to the delivery taking place during a storm, for health and safety reasons, the haulier needed to place it in an alternate location to prevent the container from making contact with other structures. We cannot always guarantee placing a container exactly where it needs to be on site due to reasons out of our control such as the weather. Kind regards, Cleveland Containers
