“Quoting - Received quote promptly and with clear description. Staff - Very Helpful in all maters Containers - Disappointed as requested new containers and they look like they had been used. A small repair to the outside of one of the containers and the paintwork on both containers ordered was damaged. Electrical Install - All good. In general a good service but not so good product.”

“It didn’t state in contract that the rent will alter with more days in the month. I was only informed that the rent would be £50 plus VAT. I’ve had nothing to say when the direct debit would come out of my account each month.”

“Great pre-sales assistance to find the right container. Logistics and follow-up was not quite to the same standard. That said, overall I am happy with the service and product and would consider using Cleveland again.”

“I have purchased containers from Cleveland Containers before and been very happy, but this time I purchased a 20ft container, the purchase was ok but the delivery and communications were terrible. Firstly, the delivery was later than expected, then the date they gave me got cancelled ( this was after contacting them a couple of times), they gave me a delivery for the following day and said they would call an hour before the delivery as we are not on sight. This call never came and neither did the container!! I called them at 5pm to be told that they would come back to me in a few minutes once they found out where the container was, but they never called and when I called again, they had all gone home and I was left wondering what was happening. I received a call from Chris the next morning and was told a delivery would actually happen by midday, this time it did happen finally. I feel very let down by Cleveland Containers this time and feel it is only right to share my experience, even thought two other container deliveries had gone through ok. The biggest let down was the lack of communication!”

“Chris, - as you know we have been offered an old 10m x 3m Container FREE OF CHARGE We are waiting Council to judicate on the need for Planning Permission to position it in our Recreation Ground We then need find the Funds to repair, paint and move it We still have in mind to by new if the FREE one is too big and costly We will keep informed of progress - Mike”

“Dealing with Cleveland Containers was execellent, however the delivery was poor. The driver seemed aloof and wanted to leave the first container on a house brick upturned which left the vessel higher than others already there. Leaving it on a brick was unsatisfactory besides unsafe. The reason when I asked him to correct the problem was that he had attached the chains to the bottom of the container and the shackle was in the way of the concrete base to which the container was being placed. All other previous deliveries had placed the chains on the top of the container. He said " I was hoping you wouldn't ask that." He was so annoyed that the front of the container was scratched and the lock lever on one of the door was bent back by using the crane in an inappropriate way. I was glad to see the back of him. I ask that this is not brought to his attention but this is for your attention ONLY so you can monitor deliveries. I declined your first request for feed back but now think it might be influencing others which would be a shame. Also this may be totally out of character of the driver and therefore should be disregarded. I would still buy from you and may in the near future require two more containers. Bill”
