“Ordering and delivery I can't fault. Two issues with the containers especially considering their price. I feel if we are going to pay this much then they have to be right. In one container the floor screws are protruding quite significantly in the first section of floor, this could have been looked at before arrival. The second issue I have is these containers are being used on my storage site, I don't want them emblazoned with Cleveland containers stickers. As my next order will be for end of row I will be buying from elsewhere.”

“Great sales process but that’s where it all went wrong! Gave specific delivery instructions due to the nature of site access, took time to produce maps for them and explained before purchase and upon payment about delivery information only for this not to be passed to there haulage company. 1st delivery unable to get to site due to size of vehicle. 2nd delivery, driver arrived with his arm in a sling again in a vehicle too big too access delivery site. On BOTH occasions Cleveland containers billed us for the failed delivery and redelivery! In the end the containers were dropped 1 mile away and taken by 4x4 and trailer to there destination. At no point were Cleveland containers interested in helping with this situation. A local firm completed the lift with professionalism.”

“The service across the board @ Cleveland Containers has been top drawer from start to finish. From the directors coming out to visit our site and potential new sites, to the Media Marketing team braving the rain upon our final instalment of deliveries to take some photos/videos etc. We then have had some contact with the design team with regards to mapping out our potential new site, which we haven't used previous and its been a godsend and really opened our eyes to what we can do with the space... Will definitely be returning in the very near future”

“Very friendly and helpful from the start. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was a scheduled. The delivery driver was fantastic and managed to get into a very awkward site with his lorry and trailer which was very impressive. Would definitely recommend.”
