Overall I'm happy with my purchase, I was disappointed at first due to battery problems, after leaving a review about my problems, customer service reached out to me and is sending me a new battery free of charge. “Very good experience! My grinder was broken when I opened it. I think it may have happened during shipping. I contacted cloudious9 and they shipped a new one the very next day. The water vape is amazing!”

“I love the products, purchased the 4 pc bundle. I would give 5 stars but the grinder I received was non-functional. Customer service was great though and are sending out a new one.”

“Great customer service & great product! I used a friend's and really loved it. Bought mine and convinced another friend to get one. I sometimes wish a small ping would happen when they were ready and my batteries didn't feel like they were lasting long, but I'm getting a new big vape battery. I used my friend's and that one lasted longer so I think this new battery I'm gonna get will solve that for me.”
