“Had issues completing the order, website would not work, had issues with being able to message on the website when my order arrived and the unit was not functioning correctly. Unable to send back at this point because it has been used. Not happy with my order.”

“Bought the 3 pack bundle, the hydrology9 can't even get it to bubble, and there's also an air gap in the mouth piece I believe. Havent used the other two devices but my hopes have been drastically lowered.”

“The website took about 10 tries to actually check out successfully and once my order was finally accepted I was not given a tracking number. The site advertised free 2-3 day shipping but it has now been a week with no progress.”

“Since purchasing my Hydrology9 I have been in contact with Amanda in customer service and I want to express my gratitude for all the help she has provided to make my vaping experience the best ever. The Hydrology9 has replaced my Arizer Solo and V Tower as my all time favorite and most used vaporizer ever. Thanks for sending me extra seals for the unit..it is leak free..even inverted when loading the ceramic chamber. I think that other companies could learn a lot from your service model..it is wonderful!”
