“On one hand I am reasonably sure that the company delayed shipping for 2 weeks because I've made an order from Russia, on the other hand from the previous experiences and after managing to talk to someone on the phone - they do provide excellent support. I still don't know why my previous account got deleted and why they didn't trust me despite the fact that I bought from them before, but overall - they do provide good shopping and support experiences.”

“The hydrology9 nx is the vaporizer I’ve waited 10 years to purchase to replace my old reliable hot box. This thing hits cool and smooth. It looks amazing and the craftsmanship is top notch. It’s a head turner for sure.”

“Excellent products , I have both the original hydrology 9 and now the nx as well as the tectonic 9. The new nx model provides incredibly consistent hits dry or concentrate. As a singer I’m always looking for a way to smoke cleaner . Well I’ve found it 😍 Also customer service is top notch , they actually stand behind there product . Can’t say enough good things , buy it you won’t be disappointed 😊”

“The service, delivery and ordering process were great and well communicated throughout the order to delivery and beyond. I wish the Tectonic grinder was I bit better thought out. The vibration is loud and a bit much. I would not buy it again. Would love to test a V2 if it’s in the works. You guys are on the right track. Could be way better though.”

“The Good, Bad and Ugly. Good: Tastiest herb vape I've owned, bar none. Cool and smooth hits. No massive clouds but no chump either. The bubbler actually works - well! The unit is solid and impeccably built. Feels like a tank. Magnetic lid and glass bong-style mouthpiece beats typical straws and whips by a mile. Bad: I don't care about chamber size but I do care about how finicky this thing is to load and empty. You have to pop the chamber out every time. Invariably some grind gets down into the silicone pathway while loading and then you're farting around with a magnet that keeps flipping while you suss out the strays before they migrate up into the bubbler. In short, if it were a love interest, we'd describe it as "high maintenance". The Ugly: The charging system had to be spawned in the pit of Hell. "Nice idea" I thought when reading the description before pressing Add To Cart. Hmmm. This thing is possessed. The NX is sitting there glowing a happy green - all charged and ready to please. Not so fast. Accidentally knock the charger off and put it back - what's this? It's flashing red. Give it a while and it's green again. Get to your destination and light it up - flashing whites. Hfmph! Plug it in and 5 minutes later, solid green. Works like a champ for 5 or 6 sessions. Running at red temp. Turn unit off. Next session it's at a different temp.”

“The pull on the vape is barely anything mayb I got a tainted one but I've charged it to full capacity and put it to the highest setting and barely any smoke comes out waste of money honestly”

“I am new to dry vape... and before this company I tied 2 other companies and I had to return burning my green and no results... but like the saying goes 3rd time a charm I’m in love with both items .... doesn’t burn your lips and you get results... I will only use this company for gifts to friends ....”

“Bought it for my feince. She does not like it. She said it leaves a burnt taste in her mouth. I have dialed the heat down . Not sure what the best setting is for ground cannibis. Can you just put bud in or do you need to grind it first? Want to return it but no longer have box”

“The old unit that is flower only is a very great unit. It is almost exactly what I enjoy in an aroma therapy session closest to being like a vapor brothers vapor experience. The idea and revolution is an innovation that will not only hold for the future but will also in the future allow for a creative thinking in direction for new up and coming physics concepts for the next generation of inventors and innovators which will only b a stem giving credit to you guys as not only the the 1st but the bar and standard. It will turn the world's table”

“I have enjoyed my Cloudious 9 for almost 4 years but it was time to upgrade. The Cloudious 9 NX is an absolutely fantastic improvement! I prefer to use only dry herb and the newer heat settings allow for much more control and allow for greater terpene enjoyment. All the issues I had with my original Cloudious 9 have been addressed with this newer version and I am very happy!!!”
