“Was so disappointed with the grinder I used it once and put it back in the box. I thought it would grind it for me like the mamba, but no, it's not worth the money. The vape chamber is so small it's insane, I wasn't expecting it to be that small. I went back to my bowl after one sesh and packed it up.”

“I love the new upgrades... mostly I love: the higher temp👏 easier functionality and simpler mouthpieces I do not love: Smaller oven Lose of ability to stir while in use Less battery life then both of my old half-dead Hydrology 9s’ TY for the upgrades tho :) Also I didn’t love when i ordered two new glass tubes and was told i need to request the new gaskets that go on either end of them... that should be a given :))”

“I purchased the The NX Ultra9 Bundle. I've been eyeballing this for awhile now, I'm very happy with all of it. -Tectonic9 = First off, I thought it was a automatic grinder with a spout. It's a regular grinder with a fluffing fetcher, nice and loose product out the spout. (Con) -It's not waters tight so crystals will get in the bottom where the battery and motor is with prolong use. -It's loud (Pro) -It can be takin apart, It dose a perfect fluff'n.. -Atomic9 = Nice and smooth hit, easy clean. -Hydrology9 NX = (Con) -Sharp edges or a burrs as I know them, easy fix run a blade over edge. "I've done this as a job, so no bigs for me." I didn't reach out to tech support where the first thing I do as a Master Tinkerer, I take everything apart. So I Void warranties all the time. If I have any problems I'll reach out to them. I believe in this company. (Pros) - It can be takin apart! And replaceable parts to boot.. A Very Happy Customer: MB PS. I couldn't put review in right place.”

“The design is very innovative and quality made. The device produces clouds very well for both flower and concentrates. Very simple to swap atomizer. One issue is the bucket moves around in the concentrate atomizer when cleaning and it has to be constantly realigned so the bucket is in line with the vapor path. Another issue is the long battery charge time. It has been taking over two hours to charge.”

“I went to clean it and the seal for the battery pack broke the silicone seal won’t fit. So now I’m afraid to use it because I think the electrical parts are exposed.”

“First of all I jump through hoops to get some extra funds together to buy this and it would’ve been nice to know that the flower cartridge was on back order I understand your new company and you’re trying to make stuff work but I was so excited when it came in the mail and now I’m just sitting here staring at it waiting for the flower cartridge still excited to use it but bummer when it came should throw in a T-shirt or some thing thank you best of luck with your company your product looks rocking I’ll let you know”

“I bought several products. Spare parts for my new cloudious 9, hydrology. Also, the vibrating feeder with the grinder on the top, and the small vape (which was a bundle when I bought it). All brand new, and got everthing with lightning speed! Very fast and they answer.”
