“The site itself is great. It’s easy to find things and get information on all your products . The product itself I’m not that happy with. I bought the new vaporizer and I just don’t love it like I thought I would. The shovel to help scoop stuff in is terrible and loose and doesn’t work very well. The power button is in a terrible spot and hard to press quickly to turn on. 1-5 scale on this piece I give it a 2”

“I love the product. I have purchased 4 over the course of the last few years. IMO it is the best dry herb vaporizer on the market. It's sleek& compact design makes it amazing. The only issue I have is that they should be using metal for the hinge instead of plastic as that is where mine always breaks years later down the road.”

“First off, I have to say your product is amazing. My wife used it the same day it arrived for her post covid medical needs and it made a world of difference for her. The problem is we are not financially stable to make this purchase, I wanted to split the charges on 2 difference cards but I could not. And I would have appreciated it if the "forthosewhoserve" discount could have been added, since the extra $30 off would help since my wife is loosing her job and will be a 100% disabled ex police officer.”

“Surprisingly great product! One of the highest quality, polished and enjoyable products. Smoke is very cool, and the device works effortlessly. Holding the device - "it just fits". Cloudious9 has made a standard type product - exceptional. Very well done. Also - customer service went above and beyond to address and quickly respond to questions and a problem I encountered, shipping out a replacement seal the same day.”

“While the small design and simple controls are nice, the battery life of the Atomic9 is bad. It takes a long time to fully charge, and dies after 4 uses. This is has been the case since the vaporizer was taken out of its packaging. This is a good starter vape, but I will likely upgrading to a better vape in the near future, as I need something that better fits my needs.”

“We purchased an Atomic 9 on vacation last December in Denver. My wife dropped and broke the top off. She called Cloudious9 and they replaced. No hassles! I purchased a second Atomic 9 recently for a back up. With this type of customer service and a quality product, I expect we will be long time customers.”

“Kick ass! So far, these guys are as responsive and helpful as any company I’ve dealt with in this Wild Canna-centric community! Cool, innovative, and stand by their product. My most recent purchase was simply for the concentrate chamber, but in general the NX is a killer piece of kit. It just feels GOOD! So far no complaints! (Dabs however, may be too much for me!)”
