“Great product and very discreet. Price is awesome compared to other options. I smoke often and it does the job really well. Clean up is easier than the first one I bought. Battery lasts a while. Unfortunately, I tend to replace mine once a year due to issues that arise. Most recent, the chamber wouldn't heat up anymore. I always to forget to register for the warranty.”

“Customer service is always prompt, polite, and helpful. They take care of any issue so easily! The company has been super accommodating as I had experienced issues with my first device (the NX) and it was replaced fast and easily with no hassle. It’s been a little over a year I think since I purchased the NX model. Still love it and very happy with my purchase. Lastly , replacement parts cheap to begin with unlike a different model from another company that I bought a while back. And I travel with the NX and MY experience has been smooth sailing”

“I just use flower, but I appreciate the ease and flexibility to go to wax. I heard heating flower over 400° starts producing the cancer causing stuff, so it’s nice they have the green color that tops out at 401. Hopefully there’s a ‘less than’ in the code. They removed the threading from the crystal chamber, I was always thinking I’d twist too hard and crack the old one. No more carb, can’t say I miss it. I can see its colors now on a bright day in Phoenix, which really means on any day. I can’t see the mist from the hit, I probably have the temperature too low. But it’s there, today’s hit tasted green like pine. No smell. Love the heft. This thing is in a different league than my other equipment, kinda like driving a nice car.”

They last a long time and always deliver outstanding results. I originally started using the Hydrology9, which I have used for a couple of years. The new Hydrology 9NX is a quantum leap in terms of usability, ease of access and potency of vapor as compared to its predecessor. This is the vaporizer to buy!”

“I was able to heat up and use the unit for three sessions, and then the device never worked. Customer service sent me a battery, but the issue with the device was still not fixed. By no means is my story generalizable, and you will more than likely get a working device, so I think it is certainly worth purchasing, mainly because of the return policy. The return process was fantastic, and the turnaround was about two days. Also, customer service was excellent because they did not try to pull a used car salesmen's stunt and coerce me to keep the product, which I appreciate as an up-and-coming business, and I fully support this company and its future endeavors. The concept of the Hydrology 9 NX is exceedingly cool (mainly because of the concentrate feature), and even though I only got three sessions in, it was undoubtedly a different and great experience. I will undoubtedly try this vape again in the future, but with a newer, upgraded model.”
