“Very nice product and packaging.the NX is a fine piece of machinery/technology. Just wish the draw was a little easier. The Atmos 9 is my new favorite travel vape. Nice bowl size. Great hits, very cool too. Wish the shut off time was longer or adjustable”

“I will never order from this site again , should have went with my first instinct and ordered the items from Amazon!! My order was claimed to be delivered but no package was in sight I contacted customer service they told me wait several days because it's says delivered but still in the truck and to contact them next week which is unacceptable,two of my family members didn't receive there present and it should have immediately be resent out not told to edit two weeks to report it”

“A huge difference in flavor and result. A big plus is a modern look. A glass bong truly shows its age. Not to mention my last rig had many components. Now, it's all in one nice package. The downside....the instructions need a total revision. If you get an H9NX, search the web for better video instructions. The bottom line, get one and enjoy it.”

“Items were defective did not want to charge or turn on for the very first time . I was super excited but was let down . I’ve been in contact with customer service and only get one email every 5 days which is frustrating. I ordered the bundle which was disappointing. Two days after I ordered the limited black version had came out so I figured I’d purchase and just return the regular bundle I purchased first. Still haven’t received it and the first one was a complete let down. I’m trying to stay positive waiting for it too come but I just want to return the first purchase but seems too much of a hassle for customers service to help me out.”

“Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were like, really cool. The grinder is great, the little dry herb vaporizer is super easy to use and clean. I was never good at smoking before, too much coughing and whatnot, but the ability to adjust the temperature and the cooling chamber mean I literally have not coughed once yet. Sick. Love it.”

“The build quality feels solid, and the design and LEDs definitely make it look of higher quality. It has problems with water slowly leaking out of the seal of the chamber where you pour water in, so I can't turn it upside down if there is water inside. I also see some water stuck inside the glass mouthpiece between the glass and the interior metal ring. It looks and feels high quality, but performance leaves much to be desired, having water leaking problems was especially disappointing, considering the price point.”

“I originally was introduced to the product via Amazon when I ordered the electric grinder. I loved the grinder so much, I ventured to the site to check out other products. I then purchased a bundle. This has taken my game to a whole new level. Top notch quality! Impressive packaging. Everything arrived in excellent shape. Then...I tried the products and it has changed my entire level of herb usage. I have tried all temperatures and learned some things I was not aware of in regard to effect levels based on different temps. Love it! Now I have a way to enjoy dry and vapor and look good doing it with my classy tools. Burnt out bong went in the trash.”
