“I'm disappointed with it. It seems well made and well designed but does not give good hits. After 3 sessions in a row I barely felt anything. The small vape that came with it works better. I've seen using THC for 25 years and I only use high end products and devices. I also went to school for electrical engineering. So I have knowledge and experience to support my opinion. My other devices with the same product give much better results. I believe that the cloudious9 does not get a good enough seal to the coil so air from elsewhere gets drawn in reducing the amount of the vapor you get.”

“I called and spoke with Dominic. He quickly got to the bottom end. I am one happy customer just a few days ago. I bought the bought a bundle, thinking it was a new bundle and it wasn’t so I paid for the app charge and was glad to receive it. Cheers.”

“It works really well when it is fully charged, my one gripe is that the battery does not last long at all. It might get you through a short session while on the road but ideally It should be kept near the charging port. I almost considered sending it back but decided that it was still very cool and novel. I have had if for a week now and have ripped it almost everyday. I like to hit wax first on one of the cooler settings and then bring it up to burn off the rest. I am not a very experienced wax smoker and I really like the throatyness of a strong rip. This this is pretty sick. Would love to see the newer gens have less water for diffusion and more battery for longevity.”

“It’s a good unit the chamber is plasticizer Ramick and the concern is what happens when you eat plastic? Diagnosed with angiosarcoma which is a cancer related to chemicals been exposed to a lot of chemicals but in the use of this unit the past couple years is when the cancer developed so don’t know if there’s a correlation- I know very inflammatory statements here but I’m just sharing with you what’s happening.”

“The overall construction is good but the design is extremely poor. Within 4 uses the "anti-leak air flow" plastic tube had a section full of unused concentrate. The atomizer coil began to lose power after 2 power cycles. The battery only lasts about 8 to 9 red sessions before dying. The magnetic charger feels pointless without a wire being built in. Why not just have a USB c port there instead? The dab tool holder implies you'll be using the device with it attached but makes little sense to unplug when it disconnects so easily. There are a lot of other devices on the market now with much higher functions. And the atomizer coil being exposed makes it feel very fragile. Also, the support on the backend is very weak. I have to spend $50 for a new atomizer that comes with several unneeded parts. The buckets would have been nice to buy separately as well.”

“I order it but I haven’t seen it yet if and when it comes in I will let you know.it seem that Ordering from the states it’s not like it used to be used to get it couple days after you order it now if and when it comes in you pay your money and then you wait you can wait forever because once you guys got your money it’s like you don’t care if we get our product”

“This is my second dry herb vaporizer from Cloudious with the year. The first I bought from another retailer, but decided to buy from the source so I have the warranty. I be dropped my other one and the hinge broke, but still works. The new one is great and this time I got the auto grinder which is awesome.”

“After using the Hydrology9 for a week or so I feel I can give a decent honest review. At 1st blush it is quite visibly striking and the tactile feel and heft indicate very good build quality. I did not find the operational learning curve to be too steep. However I have not tried to clean the unit other than brushing out the "bowl" and needling out the holes so I can't really comment on this aspect though it is extremely important to me. The 6 temp steps are pretty much what I'm used to but I will say that the draw resistance feels heavy to me. I know the water filtration adds draw resistance but I find this to be exacerbated by the short run time. I also realize I can turn it right back on but in my experience, heavy draw resistance is better suited to a "hot" vape that you'll want to put down after a couple of draws, while a light resistance goes well for pecking lightly for several minutes, which is more my style. I consider this a con albeit a minor one. I also find that this makes the lower temps a bit disappointing as ~ 370 - 395f is my favorite range. Now, I'm happy to admit that the NX has excellent extraction capability, yielding quite pronounced effects from my herbs, especially at the optimum temp. Also, while I like the smoked glass of my black model, I may try to get a clear replacement tube to better see when it fills with vapor. Overall I am happy with the NX and satisfied with the purchase. It's expensive but well thought out, designed and implemented. I like it very much and would buy it again. * Delivery was late but I opted for free so no complaints.”
