“Amazing customer service. The base of my unit had stopped working properly. Y’all had a replacement here in days. The battery then broke as I was replacing. So I ordered another and it also got here almost overnight. So happy with service”

“I think the instructions manual is lacking information. Very basic info in the manual. Found way better info on YouTube. The rig itself is really good. Easy to clean. The dry herb you cannot add too much. (The manual does not mention that) You have to add a glass or ceramic bowl to the concentrate atomizer ( the manual does not mention this) It comes with lots of spare parts. ( the manual does not list what each of these parts are. All in all it’s a great rig works great. A lot of trouble shooting to get it working because poor instructions in owner manual. If you watch it. Watch a few YouTube videos to figure out how to use it correctly”

“I recieved my device and it was dirty and used I'm very upset I spent hours trying to clean what I thought was going to be a new device. Very sad and I'm very mad with this company at the moment.”

“It doesn't have a big enough bowl or get hot enough. My silver surfer vaporizer from 15 years ago rips way better. If I could return it, I would. 2 stars for the cool LEDs.”

“i got the mega bundle and im thoroughly impressed with the quality of the devices. im no pro smoker, infact i have very sensitive throat and lungs and these devices keep the flower cool and light even on the hottest settings ( which, i cannot use LOL, way too much for me ) the manuals are clear and concise. i recommended these products to 2 of my friends and they both bought the mega bundle as well. they are also so pleased”

“It took forever just to get airflow through it brand new piece. But once we finally got airflow, The stupid thing wouldn’t even produce smoke or vapor! I spent way too much money for this to not work. The company will replace it! Don’t waste your money on it, you will not be happy.”

“Everything about this is amazing. The piece itself is so aestheticly pleasing, I love how portable and conspicuous it is. Super simple to use and easy temperature dial. A buddy of mine told me I had wasted my money and would have gotten a puffco, as soon as I got it in he was choking on his words. Seriously an incredible device”

“i had some problems getting in touch w you. it took me a while to find the phone number and correspondence wasn't easy. but someone did call me and was very kind and helped with my misunderstanding of where the power cable was. product is good”
